Customer Service Officer

Requirements :


- At least 1 years experience as Customer Service
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Proficient in English & Computer literate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills combined with a customer service to problem solving
- Manage the ongoing processing of all transactions and ad hoc request
- Available to work at our office in Cilandak Timur, South Jakarta

Responsibilities
- Communicate with warm leads via phone, chat, and other digital channels
- Provide exceptional service for all inbound inquiries from clients
- Manage the onboarding of new clients including account opening and documentation review
- Driven to create an excellent service experience and thrive in a competitive environment
- Provide basic technical support to assist clients in troubleshooting issues
- Analyze and look up data from various sources to resolve customers issues and inquiries
